Terms of Service

PostMart (postmart.in) is operated by Aarama Ventures LLP, a DPIIT-recognised company registered in Maharashtra, India. By using PostMart you agree to these terms.

What PostMart is

• PostMart is a marketplace platform under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Products are sold by independent verified sellers; Aarama Ventures LLP is the platform facilitator and is not the seller of record.
• Every seller is vouched by a partner association — GCCI, KVIC, the GI Registry, or TRIFED — before listing. Seller legal name, origin and association are displayed on each product page.
• All shipments are carried by India Post (Department of Posts, Government of India). Physical carriage is governed by India Post’s terms; tracking is available on postinfo.gov.in.

Pricing and shipping

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes.
• Shipping is charged at the India Post published tariff for your destination PIN and shown as a separate line item. PostMart never marks up the shipping shown to you.

Orders and cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge until the seller hands the parcel to India Post (typically within 48 hours of order).
• After dispatch, the Replacement Policy applies in place of returns.

Responsibilities

• Sellers are responsible for product quality, compliance, accurate listings and lawful sale of their products.
• Aarama Ventures LLP is responsible for the platform, verification workflow integrity, payment processing through licensed partners, and grievance redressal coordination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
