Effective: 10 August 2026. Postmart is a marketplace that enables buyers to discover products from independent sellers and enables sellers to fulfil orders through approved logistics and payment workflows.

Accounts

Buyers and sellers must provide accurate information. Postmart may limit, suspend or close accounts for fraud, excessive abuse, policy breach, unlawful activity or risk signals.

Orders and payments

Prices, discounts, inventory, serviceability and payment eligibility are confirmed by Postmart servers at checkout. A prepaid order is confirmed only after verified payment capture. COD eligibility may vary by address, product, buyer history and logistics availability.

Marketplace role

Sellers remain responsible for product accuracy, title, image rights, tax classification, Legal Metrology declarations, licences, warranty statements and fulfilment quality. Postmart may moderate, suppress, cancel or delist products that breach policy.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not misuse promotions, manipulate reviews, scrape private systems, impersonate another party, upload infringing content, sell prohibited products or interfere with marketplace operations.

Changes and disputes

Postmart may update these terms with notice where required. Disputes should first be raised through the Help Centre or grievance channel before formal proceedings.
