This policy describes how Aarama Ventures LLP handles personal data on PostMart, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, PIN code, phone, email — used to fulfil your order and shared with the seller and India Post solely for dispatch and delivery.
- Payment data: processed by our licensed payment partner (Razorpay). PostMart does not store card or banking credentials.
- Usage data: pages viewed and searches, used to improve the catalogue. No advertising trackers.
What we do not do
- No sale of personal data to anyone, ever.
- No sharing with third parties beyond the seller, India Post and the payment partner needed to complete your order.
Your rights
- Access, correction and erasure requests: write to privacy@postmart.in. We respond within 30 days.
- Order records are retained as required by Indian tax and consumer-protection law, then deleted.
